    Free shipping on all products, to anywhere in Australia, except weight plates and dumbbells.

    Orders of weight plates and dumbbells above $500 or weight plates and dumbbells plus any other products will also have free shipping.

    Orders of weight plates and dumbbells only, with total order amount below $500, have a $40 flat shipping fee.

    All orders are dispatched next business day from our warehouse in Woodville North SA 5012.

    Delivery lead time is 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, except for far regional and rural areas where it may take up to 12 business days.

    We do not take pre-orders for products that are not in stock.

    • Our website only accepts orders and payments for products that are in stock ready to be dispatched.

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number no later than 7pm of the day your order is dispatched. Please, check your spam/junk folder as our emails may end up in those folders.

    All deliveries are ATL (Authority To Leave):

    • If no one is home, the driver will leave the product at a secure location.

    • If no one is home and the driver does not find a secure location with convenient access, the product will be returned to the freight carrier’s depot and a redelivery fee may apply.

    All deliveries are made by 3rd party freight carriers. The currently most used carriers are listed below, but this list is not restrictive and we may use other carriers from time to time and depending on your location. Also, these main carriers may use on-forwarders that they partner with to deliver to regional and rural areas.
