The EXM1 Home Gym features a pre-welded frame in two major sub-assemblies, increasing stability while substantially reducing assembly time. The compact, feature-packed design offers proven motion and pivot points for a fluid routine, and ergonomically correct press arms allow natural arm movement through your favourite workouts. Advanced engineering delivers an exceptional range of motion with full adjustment for any size user, and an optional leg-press station can be mounted on either side of the gym.

It’s built around high-strength 1.5″×3.25″ oval tubing with continuous-weld, factory-assembled frame components, 7-gauge steel connecting plates, sealed bearings at every pivot, and 4.8 mm nylon-coated 2,200 lb-rated aircraft cable on fibreglass-reinforced nylon pulleys. The 72.5 kg selectorized stack includes a 48″ lat bar, low-row bar and abdominal harness.

Is it hard to assemble?
No — the frame arrives pre-welded in two major sub-assemblies, so it goes together much faster than a typical home gym and is more stable once built.

Yes. The optional EXMLP1 leg press adds leg and calf presses and mounts on either side of the gym. It’s sold separately.

Can I increase the weight?
Yes — the optional 22.7 kg PP10 upgrade raises the stack to 95.25 kg.

How much space does it need?
A compact 180 × 94 cm footprint, standing 211 cm tall.
