How to choose gym cable attachments

A cable machine is only as versatile as the attachments you clip onto it. Most machines come with a pair of single handles; a few bars add lat pulldowns, rows, triceps press-downs and curls. Every bar here clips onto a standard snap hook, so it fits any cable machine, functional trainer, lat pulldown or rack lat attachment, whatever the brand, in a home gym, PT studio, physio clinic or commercial gym.

Cable attachment FAQs

Will these attachments fit my cable machine?

Yes, if your machine has a standard snap hook (carabiner) on the cable, which almost every cable machine, functional trainer and lat pulldown does. You don't need to own our equipment.

Which attachment should I buy first?

The multi-grip lat bar if you want lat pulldowns, otherwise the multi-purpose bar, which covers rows, press-downs and curls on its own.

Do cable machines come with attachments?

Most come with a pair of single handles, and some add a lat bar or row bar. Check the included attachments on your machine's product page, then add the bars it doesn't have. Looking for the machine itself? See every cable machine and functional trainer in our range.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Every cable attachment ships free Australia-wide from our Adelaide warehouse.
