Shipping & Delivery Information

Free shipping on all products, to anywhere in Australia, except for free weight items.

Orders of free weight items have a $50 flat shipping fee.

All orders are dispatched the next business day from our warehouse in Woodville North, SA 5012.

Delivery lead time is 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, except in remote regional and rural areas, where it may take up to 12 business days.

We do not take pre-orders for products that are not in stock.

• Our website only accepts orders and payments for products that are in stock and ready to be dispatched.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number no later than 7 p.m. on the day your order is dispatched. Please check your spam/junk folder as our emails may end up there.

All deliveries are ATL (Authority To Leave):

• If no one is home, the driver will leave the product at a secure location.

• If no one is home and the driver does not find a secure location with convenient access, the product will be returned to the freight carrier’s depot, and a redelivery fee may apply.

All deliveries are made by 3^rd party freight carriers. The most used carriers are listed below, but this list is not exhaustive, and we may use other carriers from time to time, also depending on your location. Freight carriers may use on-forwarders that they partner with to deliver to regional and rural areas.
