Orders and Inventory

No, we do not take pre-orders for products that are not in stock.

Our website only accepts orders and payments for products that are in stock ready to be dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number no later than 7pm of the day your order is dispatched.

All deliveries are made by 3rdparty freight carriers. The currently most used carriers are listed below, but this list is not restrictive and we may use other carriers from time to time and depending on your location.

These main carriers may use other on-forwarder carriers that they partner with to deliver to regional and rural areas.

Dispatch is always on the next business day after the order is placed on the website.

Delivery lead time is 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, except for far regional and rural areas where it may take up to 12 business days.

Our freight carriers don’t offer the option to schedule date and time for delivery.

All deliveries are “ATL” (Authority to Leave).

If no one is home, the driver will leave the product at a secure location.If no one is home and the driver does not find a secure location with convenient access, the product will be returned to the closest freight carrier’s depot and a redelivery fee may apply.

No, however all our products come with a detailed assembly manual that will provide a step-by-step guide for assembly. On average, the assembly of our equipment requires the same level of expertise and effort of a piece of flat packed furniture. Many of them are much simpler, such as benches and power racks, and some may be a bit more complex such as the cable machines with pulleys, cables and weight stacks.

If you need help for installation, we suggest you do an online search for “fitness equipment technician near me” and request a few quotes. Any fitness equipment technician with experience in setting up many pieces of equipment in commercial gyms will handle our products very easily with the support of our assembly manual.

Our technicians will review your email and reply within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to fix the assembly or the product.

The vast majority of the issues, in the very few instances when there is any issue, can be fixed by yourself communicating with our technicians via email.

We supply all replacement parts for all of our products directly.

We deal with hundreds of products and thousands of parts, so it is important that every part request is done with the part number as shown in the assembly manual in order to guarantee that you will receive the correct replacement part.

- Number of the purchase order for the equipment on our website or name/email of the person who placed the order.

Do I need to fill out and mail to Body-Solid in the USA the warranty card that comes inside the box with my product to validate my warranty?
No, that’s not necessary, your warranty is automatically valid when you purchase your product from www.bestfitness.com.au, as Best Fitness Equipment Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of Body-Solid Inc.

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

Before the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can cancel and receive a full refund with no cost at all.

After the order has left our warehouse and is in transit with the freight carrier, you can cancel the order and receive a refund, but the refund amount will be deducted by the amount of the fee charged by the freight carrier to stop the delivery and send the order back to our warehouse.

- You can return the product and receive a refund up until 30 days after delivery.

- You can organize the return yourself with your own freight carrier and receive a full refund from us.

- We can organize the return with our freight carrier and the return freight cost will be deducted from your refund.

- To receive the refund, you need to make sure the product is packed in its original box and in the same condition it was delivered to you.
