Featuring two 72.5 kg weight stacks (upgradable to two 95 kg stacks with two units of the optional PP10), the pulley system generates 36 kg of maximum resistance on each side — 47.5 kg with the PP10 upgrade — on a 1:2 weight ratio. The dual weight-stack design delivers true isolateral movement and balanced training, while the 1:2 ratio allows smaller incremental weight changes and a generous range of motion.

Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge 2″×3″ steel with a black powder-coat finish, the GFT100 is built to last and uses a space-saving footprint to make the most of every inch of floor. Fully adjustable, swivelling pulleys offer complete workout freedom, and the included attachments — aluminium stirrup handles, triceps rope, chin & dip belt and double swivel bar — give a near-unlimited number of options. An included accessory rack keeps everything organised, and the integrated chinning bar adds chin-ups, pull-ups and leg raises. Add an optional bench or stability ball for even more variety.

What’s the difference between the GFT100 and the Powerline PFT100X?
Both use two 72.5 kg stacks and deliver 36 kg of resistance per side, but the GFT100 has a heavier 11-gauge 2″×3″ commercial frame, a lifetime frame & welds warranty and a fuller included attachment set with a storage rack — built for heavy-commercial use. The PFT100X is the lighter-commercial option at a lower price, with slightly longer 2.2 m cable travel.

Is it suitable for a commercial gym?
Yes. It carries Body-Solid’s heavy-commercial rating and a lifetime frame & welds warranty, so it stands up to the busiest fitness facility — and it’s just as good for a hardcore home gym.

What attachments are included?
Aluminium stirrup handles, a triceps rope, a chin & dip belt and a double swivel bar, plus an accessory rack to store them. It’s also compatible with standard cable attachments.

How much resistance does it provide, and can I increase it?
Each side gives up to 36 kg via a 1:2 ratio from the two 72.5 kg stacks. Add two PP10 upgrades to take each stack to 95 kg and raise maximum resistance to 47.5 kg per side.

How many exercises can I do on it?
Hundreds — flys, presses, squats, lunges, shrugs, rows, curls, extensions, press-downs and crunches, plus chin-ups, pull-ups and leg raises on the integrated bar. Add a bench or stability ball for even more.
