Powerline Functional Trainer Single Stack

In Stock

An accessible, easy-to-use cable machine for the whole body — smooth, finely adjustable cast-iron resistance that's ideal for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics, entry-level fitness and strength training, and adaptive training, in a compact footprint.

The Powerline by Body-Solid PFT50 makes cable training approachable for everyone. Fully adjustable pulleys swivel 180° to cover dozens of controlled exercises for every muscle group — perfect for clinics, studios, beginners, and anyone returning from injury or training with limited mobility — while a premium 95 kg cast-iron weight stack keeps every rep smooth.

  • Premium cast-iron weight stack: a 95 kg cast-iron stack delivers smooth, durable resistance with fine 1.14 kg increments from a 1.14 kg start.
  • Fine, low-increment loading: 1.14 kg increments allow precise, gentle progression — perfect for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics and for entry-level fitness and strength training.
  • Smooth, approachable resistance: up to 23.75 kg per cable (1:4 ratio) of controlled resistance that suits beginners, rehab and adaptive training.
  • Full-body cable training in one machine: fully adjustable 180° swivel pulleys cover crossovers, curls, press-downs, rows, wood chops, flys and raises.
  • Built-in chin-up bar for assisted or bodyweight pulling work, plus two cable handles included.
  • No-cable-change design and a compact footprint that fits clinics, studios and most home gyms.

The PFT50 brings affordable, accessible cable training to users at every level. Fully adjustable pulleys swivel 180° to give a wide variety of starting positions for upper-body, lower-body and core work from a single station — and the smooth, controlled resistance makes it a popular choice for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics, adaptive or disability fitness, and entry-level training as well as everyday home use.

A 95 kg cast-iron weight stack delivers smooth, durable resistance, generating up to 23.75 kg on each cable (1:4 pulley ratio), starting at 1.14 kg and rising in fine 1.14 kg increments — easy to start gently and progress gradually. The no-cable-change design lets you transition between exercises quickly, and an integrated straight chin-up bar adds chin-ups, pull-ups and leg raises. Two nylon cable handles are included, and the machine works with any cable attachment.

Who is the PFT50 best suited to?
It's a great first cable machine and a favourite for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics. The smooth cast-iron resistance, 1.14 kg starting weight and fine 1.14 kg increments make it ideal for rehab, adaptive or disability fitness, and entry-level fitness and strength training — as well as everyday cable work at home.

What's the difference between the PFT50 and the Best Fitness BFFT10R?
They're very similar single-stack functional trainers with the same accessible, physio- and beginner-friendly design. The main difference is the weight stack: the PFT50 uses premium cast-iron plates with fine 1.14 kg increments, while the BFFT10R uses sand-filled plastic plates. Both are excellent first cable machines — the PFT50 is the cast-iron option.

What's the difference between the PFT50 and the dual-stack PFT100X?
The PFT50 has a single 95 kg stack (up to 23.75 kg resistance per side), while the PFT100X has two independent 72.5 kg stacks (36 kg per side) so you can train both arms with separate loads and get longer 2.2 m cable travel. The PFT50 is the more compact, affordable single-stack choice; the PFT100X is the step up for serious dual-arm training.

How much resistance does it provide?
The 95 kg cast-iron stack delivers up to 23.75 kg of resistance per cable (1:4 pulley ratio), in fine 1.14 kg increments from a 1.14 kg starting weight — easy to fine-tune for any exercise or user.

What exercises can I do on it?
Hundreds — cable crossovers, biceps curls, triceps press-downs, bent-over rows, wood chops, pec flys, delt raises and more, plus chin-ups, pull-ups and leg raises on the integrated bar. The 180° adjustable pulleys cover upper body, lower body and core.

How is it delivered?
It ships free by freight from our Adelaide warehouse in 2 cartons. Orders are dispatched the next business day, with delivery typically 3–8 business days to metropolitan areas. Freight orders are usually left unattended (Authority to Leave), so please ensure there's a safe, accessible spot to receive it.
