    The Best Fitness BFAB10B is an adjustable folding ab bench — three incline positions to tighten your mid-section, strengthen your back and build core stability.

    Set the incline to 15°, 20° or 25° for an easier or more vigorous workout. Sturdy powder-coated steel, comfortable pads, and it folds away. Arrives fully assembled.

Three starting inclines let you dial the intensity, the 4″ high-density rollers and upholstered pads keep you comfortable and anchored, and safety pins and bolts make setup or storage quick. A sturdy steel frame with a sleek, long-lasting powder-coated finish carries 4-inch high-density foam roller pads, 1.75-inch durable upholstered pads and a comfortable upholstered bench seat.     The AB Mantis is a seated crunch and knee-raise machine, so you train your abs without getting on the floor. The Powerline PAB21X is plate-loaded, so you can add resistance as you get stronger.
