An accessible, easy-to-use cable machine for the whole body — smooth, finely adjustable resistance that's ideal for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics, entry-level fitness and strength training, and adaptive training, in a compact footprint.

The Best Fitness BFFT10R Functional Trainer makes cable training approachable for everyone. Dual pulleys adjust to 19 heights and swivel 180°, so one machine covers dozens of controlled exercises for every muscle group — perfect for clinics, studios, beginners, and anyone returning from injury or training with limited mobility.

  • Fine, low-increment loading: a 1.14 kg starting weight and 1.7 kg increments allow precise, gentle progression — perfect for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics and for entry-level fitness and strength training.
  • Smooth, approachable resistance: up to 21.5 kg (1:4 ratio) of controlled cable resistance that suits beginners, rehab and adaptive training.
  • Full-body cable training in one machine: 19 pulley heights and a 180° swivel cover crossovers, curls, press-downs, rows, raises and more.
  • No-cable-change design: move between exercises in seconds without re-rigging.
  • Built-in chin-up bar for assisted or bodyweight pulling work, plus two adjustable cable handles included.
  • Compact footprint that fits clinics, studios and most home and garage gyms.

The BFFT10R brings affordable, accessible cable training to users at every level. Adjustable pulleys swivel through 180 degrees and set to 19 different heights, giving a huge range of starting positions for upper-body, lower-body and core work from a single station — and the smooth, controlled resistance makes it a popular choice for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics, adaptive or disability fitness, and entry-level training as well as everyday home use.

The 86 kg weight stack delivers up to 21.5 kg of resistance through a 1:4 pulley ratio, starting at just 1.14 kg and rising in fine 1.7 kg increments — ideal for the precise, gentle progressions used in physio and rehab clinics and for entry-level fitness and strength training. Cable travel runs up to 1.9 m with one cable (1.1 m using both at once), and the no-cable-change design lets you flow from exercise to exercise quickly. An integrated straight chin-up bar adds pulling work, and two adjustable nylon cable handles are included.

Who is the BFFT10R best suited to?
It's a great first cable machine and a favourite for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics. The smooth resistance (up to 21.5 kg), 1.14 kg starting weight and fine 1.7 kg increments make it ideal for rehab, adaptive or disability fitness, and entry-level fitness and strength training — as well as everyday cable work at home.

How much resistance does it provide?
The 86 kg stack delivers up to 21.5 kg of resistance via a 1:4 pulley ratio, in fine 1.7 kg steps from a 1.14 kg starting weight. That's ideal for precise, controlled, higher-rep cable training rather than maximal loading.

What exercises can I do on it?
Dozens — crossovers, curls, press-downs, rows, lateral raises, woodchops, squats and more, plus pull-ups or chin-ups on the integrated bar. The 19 pulley heights and 180° swivel cover upper body, lower body and core.

Is it suitable for a home gym or a clinic?
Both. It has a compact functional-trainer footprint (140 × 155 cm) and stands 212 cm tall, fitting most home gyms, studios and clinics. It carries a Best Fitness in-home warranty — see the Warranty tab for full terms.

What's included, and can I add attachments?
Two adjustable nylon cable handles are included, and it's compatible with standard cable attachments so you can add ropes, bars and ankle straps.

How is it delivered?
It ships free by freight from our Adelaide warehouse. Orders are dispatched the next business day, with delivery typically 3–8 business days to metropolitan areas. Freight orders are usually left unattended (Authority to Leave), so please ensure there's a safe, accessible spot to receive it.
