Body-Solid Vertical Dumbbell Rack

It's purpose-built for lighter hex dumbbells (up to 15 kg each) — a tidy vertical tower that stores six pairs without taking up floor space. If you also run heavier dumbbells, choose a horizontal rack that holds the full range from light right through to the heaviest: the Powerline Dumbbell Rack (PDR282X) or the Body-Solid 3-Tier Dumbbell Rack (GDR363B). The GDR44 is the space-saving option for your lighter hex dumbbells.

This uniquely designed 2-tier vertical dumbbell rack holds six pairs of hex dumbbells. Each level is off-set, allowing unrestricted access to your dumbbells. Place it against a wall or centre it in a room — heavy-gauge steel construction offers maximum durability and better performance in less space. Best used with lighter hex dumbbells.

How many dumbbells does it hold?
Six pairs of hex dumbbells across two off-set tiers, for easy access to each one.

What size dumbbells is it best for?
Lighter hex dumbbells, up to 15 kg each. If you also use heavier dumbbells, a horizontal rack like the Powerline Dumbbell Rack (PDR282X) or Body-Solid 3-Tier Dumbbell Rack (GDR363B) holds the full range up to the heaviest.

Are dumbbells included?
No — this is the rack only. Dumbbells are sold separately.

Can it go against a wall?
Yes — place it against a wall to save space, or centre it in a room.

Which weight rack is right for me?
It depends on what you store. For weight plates, a plate tree holds them upright on a small footprint: the Best Fitness BFWT10B for a home gym, or the Body-Solid GWT56 (Olympic) and GSWT (Standard) for heavier use. For dumbbells, the Powerline PDR282X holds 6 pairs on two tiers, the Body-Solid GDR363B holds 10 pairs on three, and the upright Body-Solid GDR44 holds 6 lighter pairs in less floor space. To store plates and dumbbells together, the Rugged Y420 does both in one frame. Compare them on our weight racks page.
