The professional carriage system rides on patented nylon-bushing technology with eight sealed ball-bearing, high-resin pulleys — four on each side — and the top and bottom pulleys swivel smoothly through more than 180° for frictionless guidance in every direction. Its Standard plate posts load up to 90 kg on each cable and convert to Olympic with adapter sleeves (plates sold separately), and it comes with two cable handles to get you started. How does the resistance work — is there a weight stack?
No stack — it's plate-loaded. You load your own plates onto each carriage (up to 90 kg per cable), so you only pay for the frame and scale up with plates you own. The Standard (1″) plate posts convert to Olympic (2″) with adapter sleeves.

What exercises can I do?
Cable crossovers and flyes, chest presses, rows, lat pulls, biceps curls, triceps press-downs, lateral raises, woodchops, glute kickbacks and more — high and low pulleys with 180° swivel cover the whole body.

What's included?
