PHG1000X

Powerline Hardcore Home Gym

In Stock

A compact, all-in-one home gym for total-body conditioning — chest press, pec fly, pulldown, row, ab and leg stations in one front-access frame, at a true entry price.

The Powerline PHG1000X Home Gym packs a full multi-station workout into a compact, front-access design. It’s plate-loaded — use your own standard weight plates, or build a selectorized stack with the PP10 plates — so you can start affordably and add weight as you grow.

Compare it with every home gym and multi gym in our range.

  • All-in-one, compact: chest press, pectoral fly, lat pulldown/high pulley, seated row/low pulley, leg extension/curl and ab crunch/mid pulley in one frame.
  • Plate-loaded value: use your own standard round plates, or build a selectorized stack with three PP10 packs — no stack to pay for up front.
  • Front-access design: easy to load and move around in a compact 155 × 107 cm footprint.
  • Smooth carriage: advanced alloy guide rods and nylon bushings give fluid travel through the full range of motion.
  • Up to ~90 kg of resistance for real total-body strength and endurance work.
  • 10-year frame warranty — Powerline light-commercial warranty.

The PHG1000X uses an easy selector pin to save time and energy, and still lets you add standard weight plates when you want to push your limits. Across its stations you can train your whole body:

  • Lat Pulldown / High Pulley: lat pulldowns, triceps press-downs, cable crossovers and more, with adjustable hold-down pads for lifts beyond your bodyweight.
  • Ab Crunch / Mid Pulley: a smooth, full-range crunch that isolates the abs, plus triceps work.
  • Leg Extension / Leg Curl: a biomechanically accurate pivot for natural hamstring and quad development.
  • Chest Press: multi-position handgrips focus on distinct areas of the chest and triceps, with an adjustable seat height.
  • Seated Row / Low Pulley: builds the mid and lower back; the low pulley swivels for cable curls, upright rows, shrugs and leg ab/adduction.

The free-weight carriage system runs on advanced alloy guide rods and nylon bushings for fluid travel throughout the full range of motion.

Weight plates are sold separately. Use your own round standard weight plates, or buy our PP10 selectorized plates to build the stack (3 units of PP10 required).

Seems like a good product

The delivery was abysmal. I have a disability and the driver left the three heavy boxes at the entrance to my secure block of units, even though I was standing at my front door. A neighbour had to help me drag them into my unit. I independently sourced a local company who put it together for me. It took their tradesman three hours to assemble it - they were fantastic. Lucky I printed a copy of the assembly manual as the paper copy wasn't in the first box opened. The home gym is now assembled, but I need to get some silicone spray to lubricate it as it is very stiff to use. There was none provided with the home gym, so have sourced it separately. Hopefully this will loosen the machine and make it easy to use. There was a rolled up sheet of exercises to use, though I'll get my exercise physiologist to run over these with me. Fingers crossed.

Can the PHG1000X be loaded with 90kg of weight plates plus 3 stacks of the rectangle plates.

Best Fitness Equipment

Hi there, 90 Kg is the max weight load, considering the combination of both the selectorized stack and loose round plates. So if you purchase the optional selectorized stack (~ 70 Kg), you can only add 20 Kg more of round plates on the side posts.

Best Fitness Equipment
