The SGLP500 features a large, extra-wide footplate (76 cm wide × 61 cm high) that comfortably and safely accommodates users of all sizes. The back pad offers five positions to fit any user and target different lower-body muscles through a full range of motion.

The weight carriage uses two 37.5 cm Olympic weight horns so you can load it extra heavy, while four 28 cm Olympic plate-storage horns keep your plates organised and within reach for quick changes. Because of the 45° construction the resistance runs about 1:2 — load 200 kg and you get roughly 100 kg from the plates plus about 32 kg from the sled, for around 132 kg of resistance.

What's the difference between the SGLP500 and the GLPH1100B?
The SGLP500 is a dedicated full-commercial 45° leg press with a 680 kg capacity, extra-wide footplate and sealed linear bearings. The GLPH1100B is a 2-in-1 that does both leg press and hack squat in one footprint, with a 450 kg capacity. Choose the SGLP500 for heavy, dedicated leg pressing; the GLPH1100B if you want two movements in less space.

How much resistance do I actually get?
Because of the 45° angle, resistance runs about 1:2. Load 200 kg of plates and you get roughly 100 kg from the plates plus about 32 kg from the sled itself — around 132 kg of resistance. Plan your loading accordingly.
