Featuring two 72.5 kg weight stacks (upgradable to two 95 kg stacks with two units of the optional PP10), the pulley system generates 36 kg of maximum resistance on each side — 47.5 kg with the PP10 upgrade — on a 1/2-to-1 weight ratio.
Designed for extraordinary performance, the PFT100X offers vertically adjustable pulleys that swivel smoothly through a 180-degree range of motion for unmatched versatility. The no-cable-change design lets you move from exercise to exercise quickly, with 20 different starting positions at 8.13 cm spacing.
Two adjustable nylon cable handles are included, giving you instant access to low and high cable crossovers, biceps curls, triceps press-downs and extensions, glute kickbacks, rows, delt raises, trunk twists and more. Add a bench or stability ball for presses, flys and crunches. Providing true isolateral movement, the PFT100X targets a wide range of muscles and goals — strength, performance, flexibility and rehabilitation.
It also features a knurled chinning bar for chin-ups, pull-ups and leg raises, plus integrated accessory-bar storage to keep your space organised.

What's the difference between the PFT100X and the cheaper PFT50?
The PFT100X has two independent 72.5 kg stacks versus the PFT50's single 95 kg stack — so you get more resistance per side (36 kg vs 23.75 kg), longer 2.2 m cable travel, and the ability to train both arms at once for balanced, isolateral movements.
Is it suitable for a home gym, or only commercial use?
It's light-commercial rated and ideal for serious home, garage and studio gyms. If you're kitting out a busy commercial facility, the heavy-commercial GFT100 (lifetime frame warranty, heavier-gauge steel) is the step up.
How many exercises can I do on it?
Hundreds. The adjustable pulleys cover crossovers, curls, press-downs, rows, raises, squats, kickbacks and trunk twists; add a bench or stability ball for presses, flys and crunches; and use the chin-up bar for pull-ups and leg raises.
Can I increase the resistance later?
Yes. Adding two PP10 weight-stack upgrades takes each stack to 95 kg, raising maximum resistance to 47.5 kg per side.

Best Fitness had an awesome workout station at a ridiculously low price AND they sent it to Brisbane FOR FREE. CRAZY.
The build quality of the machine is, IMHO, to shelf and I've already put it to many uses.
Best Fitness used a proficient courier who had the machine at my place within about 5 days. Very happy with that.

Bought a Powerline functional trainer PFT 100. An excellent functional trainer almost approaching heavy commercial grade stuff like from LifeFitness at a fraction of the price.
Team at BestFitness was also excellent at coordinating a dispatch/delivery for a requested delivery date, and item arrived on time.
Moderate annoyance at the assembly manual, specifically in Step 4. Step 4 neglected to mention that the 3/8x2.0 socket head cap screw needs to be installed onto the top plate. I could not proceed further as the build would obviously fail and had to hire someone to build it from Step4 (of 5) onwards. They confirmed that this step was omitted from the instruction manual. This would benefit from an update as the socket head cap screw is listed as pre-installed in the components portion but it is not pre installed.
Overall would still definitely buy from BestFitness again, great product, customer service and delivery (just some suboptimal instruction manual)

Great piece of kit
Really enjoying this functional trainer. Took boyfriend and I about 3 hours to put together. Instructions can seem a bit overwhelming but take it one bit at a time and it all makes sense. I have a studio where I do personal training and small group classes and this is a great addition. Very happy.

Very happy with both the product and service.

With all components intact and no damage to the packaging. I was able to commence assembly straight away.
The Powerline functional trainer meets all my needs and more. It replaced my old quad cable machine that I had for 20 plus years and I’m sure with the quality of my new machine it will last just as long.
The cables run smooth, the weight stack is more than enough and the pull up bar is solid when doing chins or hanging leg raises.
Easy to put together by yourself if you have a background in exercise equipment, it takes about 3 hours for one person, but would recommend two people if available. Instructions are easy to follow.

I've since changed my previous review. I assembled the top pulley wrong so it was rubbing but now it's fixed. The first hole wasn't too small, it was meant for a cap screw to keep the pulley centred. I ordered it on a Thursday in Sydney arrived the following Tuesday so it was a quick delivery. They offered to replace the rusty part for free though, It didn't affect the performance of the machine. The rust could be removed quite easily. So in summary, delivery was fast, great customer service, sturdy, does the job. Good price.

Sturdy build at a decent price ![Matt review photo]()
Product is exactly as advertised. It is well made, solid and is top tier in the field of 'residential-grade' gym equipment. I had some issues with shipping - but was all due to one person making poor decisions in the shipping company. Instructions are basic, but obviously work well enough to put it together. Just make sure you've set aside a few hours for assembly.
I purchased the extra weight stacks as i'm a completionist. But the 2:1 ratio is good and the included weights will be enough for most. A great companion to your workout routine. Highly recommended.

I’ve had my dual cable machine for a couple of months now… best purchase and decision i’ve ever made in my fitness journey. no more gym trips, no more gym fees, no more worries of germs and dealing with busy places. 72.5kgs EACH SIDE totalling 145kgs. i’ve got my ankle straps, my long rope, my weight straps, and all the handles i need to go with my adjustable bench and adjustable dumbbells. i’m purely in love. HEAVY sucker to move and large, but simply take out the bar connecting the two machines and voila, you’re able to pivot to fit them anywhere through your place.

What an amazing machine
A well built machine. Good quality and price. The service is excellent. Took us a few hours to put together but it wasn't too difficult. It fits the space in my gym very well. Didn't have to wait long for the machine to be delivered to us in Brisbane. I'm very happy with the machine.

Ordered the PFT100X POWERLINE FUNCTIONAL TRAINER online, delivered 3 days later. Took my partner and I just under 4 hours to assemble. The quality is sensational, extremely solid and cables smooth. Just ordered the bench to make it even better. Highly recommend.

This functional trainer is very well made solid construction easy instructions all the bolts ,nuts,washers r shrink wrapped to cards and labeled all packed very well and as far as the machine goes operates smoothly just like using one at the gym i would highly recommend best fitness to anyone wanting to buy gym equipment

GREAT machine, however
I'm really pleased with the machine now that it is assembled.
However. Instructions called for 2x 130mm bolts, packaging showed space labelled for 2x 130mm bolts which were absent. Drove 2 hours (each way) to the nearest bunnings hoping to acquire the necessary bolts, but they were out of stock. Requested that the missing bolts be sent by express mail. Bolts were sent regular mail (dispatched immediately to be fair) requiring a 20 minute drive (each way) to the post office to collect those. Brought them home and realised i had not specified that i also needed nuts for these bolts, so another 15 minute drive (each way) to a small local hardware store which to my amazement had the nuts in stock. Resumed assembling and upon completion found I had 2x 110mm bolts left over, and the 130mm bolts are clearly about 20mm longer than necessary for the spot they're in. So... I dunno man maybe update the instructions or something because all that was pretty frustrating.

So far a great piece of kit.
Bought this a few weeks ago, although it took a couple of hours to construct it was easy to follow the instructions etc. one tip, make sure you put the frame exactly where you want it before adding the weight plates.
Good to do a variety of exercises. So far no complaints and would recommend.

Awesome Home Cable Machine
This machine is excellent for the price, nice and smooth, and very versatile, breaks the boredom of all free weight bar work up a bit. Highly recommended. I have a family of six who are all avid gym users and I’ve had this machine for almost a year, my youngest boy has a few of his mates train with him so this machine cops a hiding. If there was anything negative about it we would have found it by now.
