The Body-Solid S2LEC Pro ClubLine Series 2 combines two crucial leg exercises in one seamless, comfortable seated unit. The leg extension fortifies the quadriceps and patellar ligament for knee stability and power, while the leg curl targets the often-neglected hamstrings and glutes to help prevent injury, build strength and improve flexibility. Transitioning between the two movements is quick and effortless, so you spend less time adjusting and more time training, supported throughout by extra-thick DuraFirm pads.
