What's included?

Half rack or full cage — which should I get?
The Y120 half rack is an open-back, two-post design — you lift in front of the uprights with spotter arms to catch the bar — so it takes up less space. The Y100 full rack surrounds you on four posts for maximum security and a higher capacity. Choose the Y120 where space matters; choose the full rack for the most enclosed setup.

What attachments fit?
The Y120 has a 2″×3″ (50 × 75 mm) profile with 5/8″ (16 mm) holes. Use Rugged's own attachments — Y230 lat, Y257 dip, Y253 weight horns, Y220 back extension and Y254 bar holder.

Will it fit my space?
Assembled it measures 128 cm L × 133 cm W × 227 cm H, so allow for a ceiling of at least 227 cm plus clearance for pull-ups.
