BFPR100R

Best Fitness Power Rack

In Stock

The best-value full power rack in Australia — heavy 14-gauge steel, a 227 kg weight rating, and safety bars and lift-offs included as standard, at a true entry price.

The Best Fitness Power Rack (BFPR100R) gives you the safety and capability of a commercial cage — squat, bench, press and rack-pull inside a solid four-post frame — without the commercial price tag. It's the rack we recommend for most home and garage gyms.

  • Heavy 14-gauge steel frame: 2″×2″ uprights rated to a 227 kg load — real capacity for squats, presses and rack pulls.
  • Safety built in: two adjustable lift-offs and full-length safety bars are included, not optional extras — so you can train heavy on your own with confidence.
  • 23 lift-off positions at 7.6 cm spacing: dial in the right height for every lift, from low rack pulls to overhead press.
  • Compact footprint: just 120 × 115 cm of floor space and 209 cm tall — fits most garages and spare rooms.
  • Expandable: bolt on the BFLA100 lat attachment and DR100 dip bars to build a full strength station around it.
  • Best-value full rack: commercial-style capability at an entry price — a genuine power rack, not a flimsy budget cage.

Power racks are the safest way to train heavy with free weights on your own, and the BFPR100R is one of the most popular in Australia for good reason: it pairs a heavy-duty build with an unbeatable price.

The frame is made from 2″×2″, 14-gauge steel and handles loads up to 227 kg. Twenty-three adjustment positions, spaced 7.6 cm apart, let you set your lift-offs and safety bars at exactly the right height for squats, bench press, overhead press, rack pulls and more. The two included adjustable lift-offs hold your bar ready, while the full-length safety bars catch a failed rep so you can push to your limit without a spotter.

A durable powder-coat finish stands up to years of chalk, sweat and dropped bars, and the 26 mm upright holes accept a wide range of accessories. When you're ready to do more, add the optional lat attachment and dip bars to turn the rack into a complete home gym.

Best Fitness — your home, your gym.

Upgrade your BFPR100R with these add-ons (sold separately):

Is the Best Fitness Power Rack strong enough for heavy lifting?
Yes. The 2″×2″ 14-gauge steel frame is rated to a 227 kg load, which covers heavy squats, presses and rack pulls for the vast majority of lifters.

Are the safety bars and lift-offs included?
Yes — two adjustable lift-offs and full-length safety bars come standard. Many budget racks charge extra for these, so it's worth checking when you compare.

Will it fit in my garage?
The footprint is 120 × 115 cm and it stands 209 cm tall, so you'll want a ceiling of at least about 2.2 m. It suits most garages and spare rooms.

Can I add a lat pulldown or dip bars?
Yes. The BFLA100 lat attachment adds lat pulldowns and seated rows, and the DR100 dip attachment adds parallel-bar dips. Both are sold separately.

Do I need to bolt it to the floor?
No — it's a freestanding four-post rack. If you do a lot of dynamic or kipping movements you can anchor it for extra stability, but it isn't required for normal lifting.

Where does it ship from and how long does delivery take?
It ships free from our Adelaide warehouse (Woodville North, SA 5012). Orders are dispatched the next business day, with delivery typically 3–8 business days to metropolitan areas.

Ideal for beginners and mid level fitness enthusiasts looking for a quality home gym set up that fits in any budget.
