What's the difference between the chrome and black bars?
Only the finish. The OB86 (chrome) has a bright triple-plated chrome coating; the OB86B (black) has a matte black oxide coating. Length, grip, sleeves, weight and 272 kg capacity are identical — choose the look you prefer.
What plates does it take?
Any Olympic (2″) plates load onto the 40 cm sleeves. Plates are sold separately.
How heavy is the bar and how much can it hold?
The bar weighs 20 kg and is rated to a 272 kg weight capacity.
Will it fit my rack and Olympic plates?
Yes — it's a standard 2.18 m Olympic bar with 30 mm grip and 50 mm sleeves, so it fits standard Olympic racks and plates.
