Every machine here trains your quads with leg extensions and your hamstrings with leg curls from one station. Three things decide which suits you: whether you curl lying or seated, how the weight is loaded, and how hard the machine will be used.
The Powerline PLCE165X and the Body-Solid GLCE365B share the classic design: seated leg extensions, then lie face down for leg curls. The PLCE165X is the value pick for home; the GLCE365B is the heavy-commercial build, rated to 120 kg with a lifetime frame warranty. The Body-Solid GCEC340B does both movements seated, with a cam that keeps the resistance even through each rep.
Plate-loaded machines cost less and you keep adding plates as you get stronger. The Body-Solid Pro ClubLine S2LEC has its own 72.5 or 106.6 kg weight stack, so you change the weight with a pin: quicker for gyms, PT studios and anyone sharing the machine.
The Body-Solid GLEG bench with cable leg developer clips to the low pulley of most cable machines, from any brand, and uses its weight stack for leg extensions and lying leg curls. It is also a flat-to-incline bench, so it earns its floor space in a home gym.

Mainly the hamstrings at the back of your thighs, with some help from the calves. The leg extension works the other side: the quadriceps at the front. A combined machine lets you train both on one frame, which is why it is usually the second leg machine people add after a leg press.
On a lying leg curl you lie face down and curl the pad towards your glutes. On a seated leg curl you sit with your thighs held down and bend your knees under you. The seated version keeps your hips bent, which stretches the hamstrings more at the start of each rep, and it is easier to get on and off. The PLCE165X, GLCE365B and GLEG curl lying; the GCEC340B and S2LEC curl seated.
The plate-loaded machines have 1″ Standard weight posts; fit Olympic (2″) plates with an adapter sleeve. Plates are sold separately. The S2LEC has its own weight stack and the GLEG uses your cable machine's.
