The Body-Solid GLCE365B Seated Leg Extension & Leg Curl machine combines two essential leg exercises in one stable, space-saving unit. Perform seated leg extensions to target the quadriceps and prone leg curls to strengthen the hamstrings, with extra-thick, double-stitched DuraFirm pads and hold-down grips keeping you supported and stable throughout. The back pad sets to three upright positions for extensions and two supinated positions for curls, and the oversize 20 cm foam rollers pop-pin adjust both vertically and horizontally to fit any size user.

Built to last, the GLCE365B uses a commercial 2″×3″ heavy-gauge steel frame with all-four-side welded construction and a wide base that eliminates rocking. The 1″ weight post is plate-loaded — load Standard plates (weight plates and collars sold separately), or fit 2″ Olympic plates with an adapter sleeve — up to a 120 kg capacity.
