The Powerline PHYP200X is a combination inverted back extension and oblique flexor, set to an exact 45° angle for optimum conditioning. It's a safe, comfortable way to strengthen the lower back — and, by changing your body position, the glutes, hamstrings and obliques too — on one of the strongest 45° hypers available.

Telescoping, split midsection pads adjust to fit users of all sizes, with thick (10.16 cm), double-stitched padding for comfort and support, while oversized 20.32 cm (8″) foam rollers hold you securely in place.
