PGM200X
The Powerline PGM200X Glute Master isolates and strengthens the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps with controlled, single-leg movement — a dedicated machine for the muscles that power your posture and stride.
Target the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus that are hard to isolate with traditional exercises, in the comfort of your own gym.
Compare it with every leg machine in our range.
Strong gluteal muscles do more than fill out a pair of pants — they improve posture, help ease back pain and strengthen your stride, yet they're tough to isolate with traditional gym exercises. The Powerline PGM200X Glute Master is built to fix that, targeting the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps with controlled movement for total isolation, and working each leg individually to hit the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus.
Quality rollers, comfortable pads and simple adjustments make it easy to use for fitness enthusiasts of all levels, and the adjustable forearm pads slide to fit any height. A Standard weight horn lets you load plates to increase resistance (plates and adapter sleeves sold separately) — a focused way to build and tone the glutes at home or in a light-commercial gym.

Was slightly tricky to build mostly the part that you kickback but once done feels sturdy and doesn't take up too much space. works the glutes well!
Enjoying this machine very much. Nice and easy to use and is a good replacement for me instead of doing squats as I have bad knees.

Powerline Glute Master Machine
Solid contruction, easily assembled
Awesome!
Hey i jist have a few questions.
How much weight can the machine hold?
Does it take olympic plates?
Is the gluide pattern functional for everyone?
Thankyou
Hi Jason,
The machine holds as many weight plates as you can fit on the vertical weight post right behind the guide rods. It will depend on the whether you have Olympic or Standard plates, given the thickness of the plates.
Yes, it takes both Olympic and Standard plates. Because the weight post is in the vertical position, not horizontal, you can use both types of plate.
Not sure I understand your last question, but this machine has been part of our range for over 10 years and sold a few thousand units worldwide and a few hundreds in Australia to people of different heights and fitness levels.
