Like the popular SFID325, the Body-Solid SFID425 features thick, durable padding that won't bottom out and multiple independent back and seat adjustments — the back pad sets to flat, five incline angles (15/30/45/60/80°) and a −18° decline, while the seat pad adjusts to flat, 10° and 18°. What sets it apart is a wide seat and a leg hold-down that lets you lock your legs in place for several movements, including decline bench press, decline dumbbell press, sit-ups, ball-toss sit-ups and more — so you stay anchored and stable through the toughest sets.

The back and seat pads pivot on sealed bearings for unsurpassed durability and quality, the matte black finish resists scratches, and oversized wheels with a front transport handle make it easy to reposition. Use it with dumbbells, or pair it with a smith machine, squat rack or power rack.
