The Rugged Y001 Flat/Incline Bench is designed with rugged durability and dependability in mind. Built from heavy-duty 2″×3″ 11-gauge steel with a scratch-resistant powder-coat finish, it stands out above the competition — a heavy steel base prevents wobbling, while wide, firm padding that won't bottom out and a pebbled, tear-resistant cloth-backed vinyl give you maximum support through every workout.

The back pad is fully adjustable across seven angles — from flat to a near-vertical 85° — and the seat pad locks into three positions, so you can dial in bench press, incline press, dumbbell rows, shoulder presses and more. A 680 kg weight capacity handles heavy loads, and a convenient handle with transport wheels makes it easy to move around.

No — the Y001 is a flat/incline bench (flat up to a near-vertical 85°). If you want a decline, the Powerline PFI150 and the Body-Solid SFID325B both include one.
