The Rugged Y001 Flat/Incline Bench is designed with rugged durability and dependability in mind. Built from heavy-duty 2″×3″ 11-gauge steel with a scratch-resistant powder-coat finish, it stands out above the competition — a heavy steel base prevents wobbling, while wide, firm padding that won't bottom out and a pebbled, tear-resistant cloth-backed vinyl give you maximum support through every workout.

The back pad is fully adjustable across seven angles — from flat to a near-vertical 85° — and the seat pad locks into three positions, so you can dial in bench press, incline press, dumbbell rows, shoulder presses and more. A 680 kg weight capacity handles heavy loads, and a convenient handle with transport wheels makes it easy to move around.

What angles does it adjust to?

Does it have a decline position?
No — the Y001 is a flat/incline bench (flat up to a near-vertical 85°). If you want a decline, the Powerline PFI150 and the Body-Solid SFID325B both include one.

How much weight does it hold?
It's rated to 680 kg, built on a heavy 2″×3″ 11-gauge steel frame with a wobble-free base.

Will it fit my space?
Assembled it measures 136 cm L × 66 cm W and around 47 cm high in the flat position (up to ~132 cm at full incline), and the handle and wheels make it easy to move.

Which weight bench is right for me?
For most home gyms, an adjustable bench. The Powerline PFID125X is our best seller: it folds to 23 cm for storage and takes 227 kg. The Powerline PFI150 adds a separately adjustable seat. For heavy lifting, the Rugged Y001 flat/incline bench takes 680 kg, and the Rugged Y041 is its flat-bench partner.
