Each Powerline PPR500X and PPR1000X rack comes with one pair of J-cups as standard. If you want an extra pair for more versatility in your routine, the PPRJC is available separately in pairs. High-impact inserts protect the knurling on your bar, and the J-cups are tested to a 317 kg weight capacity.
