The Powerline PLCE165X Leg Extension & Curl Machine delivers a safe, effective way to strengthen the quadriceps and hamstrings for improved balance, speed and coordination. It lets you perform both seated leg extensions and prone-position leg curls, working the muscles through a full range of motion without placing stress on the joints.
Equipped with a one-inch diameter weight post, the machine is plate-loaded — load it with Standard weight plates and collars (sold separately) up to a 90 kg maximum, or use an Olympic adapter sleeve for 2″ plates. Built to last, it carries a ten-year frame warranty and a one-year parts warranty from Powerline.
Compact and stable, the PLCE165X is an affordable way to add dedicated leg-isolation training to a home or light-commercial gym.
