The G9S is a multi-station workhorse that provides health-club quality strength training for up to two people at once, thanks to two independent weight stacks. The multi-function press-arm station handles bench, incline and shoulder presses and chest-supported mid-rows, with an exceptional range of motion and full adjustability for any size user — so you can build chest, shoulders and back without sitting on the floor to row.

The Perfect Pec™ station uses computer-designed, dual-overhead variable-resistance cams so each arm operates independently for unilateral or bilateral chest, back and shoulder work, with a pop-pin adjustable seat that aligns your hands and elbows with the swivelling grips. The leg press / calf press attachment runs on a 2:1 ratio, turning the 95 kg stack into 190 kg of resistance while reducing spinal compression through a natural, biomechanical movement, with an adjustable back pad and pivoting foot plate to suit all sizes. A leg developer station with the SmoothGlide Bearing System™ and an integrated cam keeps resistance consistent through the full range of leg extensions and curls.
