Lat Attachment for BFPR100R Best Fitness Power Rack (rack not included)

Fits the Best Fitness BFPR100R Power Rack only. The BFLA100 is engineered to mount on the Best Fitness BFPR100R Power Rack and cannot be fitted to any other power rack, half rack or machine. You'll need the BFPR100R (sold separately), along with your own weight plates and a bench.

Perform lat pulldowns, seated rows, biceps curls, shrugs and more in the comfort and stability of your existing rack. The BFLA100 has a high and low pulley with a no-cable-change design, 1″ Standard weight posts (Olympic plates fit with adapter sleeves, sold separately) and nylon-coated, aircraft-quality cables for durability and safety under heavy use. It includes a lat bar and a low row bar, and is ready for a range of other cable attachments.

Which rack does the BFLA100 fit?
It's made for the Best Fitness BFPR100R Power Rack only, mounting onto that rack's uprights.

Will it fit other power racks (Powerline, Rugged, etc.)?
No. The BFLA100 is designed specifically for the BFPR100R and can't be mounted on any other rack or machine. Each of our lat attachments is matched to a specific rack — for a Powerline PPR1000X power rack use the PLA1000, and for a Powerline PPR500X half rack use the PLA500.

What else do I need?
The BFPR100R Power Rack (sold separately), plus your own weight plates and a bench. The lat bar and low row bar are included with the attachment.

What plates does it take?
1″ Standard plates on the weight posts; fit Olympic plates with adapter sleeves (sold separately).
