The Powerline PFI150 is a sturdy flat/incline/decline bench built for workout variety — seven ladder-style back-pad positions from a −18° decline to 80°, full-length reinforced pads and a 14-gauge 2″×3″ steel frame, with a 227 kg capacity and a 10-year frame warranty.

Designed for home, garage and small-commercial gyms, it's an ideal partner for dumbbell and barbell work — and it integrates perfectly with Powerline's racks.

  • Seven ladder-style back-pad positions: −18° (decline), 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 80°.
  • Independent seat-pad adjustment: 0°, 10° and 18° to lock you in on inclines.
  • 14-gauge 2″×3″ steel with full-length reinforced back and seat pads that won't bottom out.
  • 227 kg weight capacity.
  • Rack-ready: integrates with Powerline's PPR500X Half Rack, PPR1000X Power Rack and PMP150 Multi-Press Rack.
  • Transport wheels for easy, safe moving.
  • 10-year frame warranty and 1-year parts (Powerline light-commercial).

The Powerline PFI150 Flat/Incline/Decline Bench is designed for home, garage and small-commercial facilities with an emphasis on workout variety, thanks to independent ladder-style back-pad (−18°, 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 80°) and seat-pad (0°, 10°, 18°) adjustments. It's an ideal tool for a wide range of bench-based dumbbell and barbell exercises — bench press, incline press, shoulder press, dumbbell rows, skullcrushers, biceps curls and many more.

14-gauge, 2″×3″ steel construction with full-length reinforced back and seat pads gives the PFI150 unmatched durability, security and comfort, and the padding won't bottom out under heavy loads. Convenient transport wheels make moving it both easy and safe.

Expertly crafted to integrate with Powerline's PPR500X Half Rack, PPR1000X Power Rack and PMP150 Multi-Press Rack, the PFI150 can take any rack or cage to another level. In our adjustable-bench range it's the sturdy fixed-frame pick — the folding PFID125X is the more portable value option, while the Rugged Y001 steps up to a heavier 11-gauge frame and a lifetime warranty.

What positions does it adjust to?
The back pad has seven ladder-style positions — a −18° decline, flat, and inclines at 15°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 80° — and the seat pad adjusts independently to 0°, 10° and 18°.

It's called a "Flat/Incline" bench — does it decline too?
Yes. Despite the name, the back-pad ladder includes a −18° decline position, so it's a full flat/incline/decline bench.

What exercises can I do on it?
Bench press, incline press, shoulder press, dumbbell rows, skullcrushers, biceps curls and many more bench-based dumbbell and barbell movements.

Does it work with Powerline racks?
Yes — it's designed to integrate with the Powerline PPR500X Half Rack, PPR1000X Power Rack and PMP150 Multi-Press Rack.

How much weight does it hold?
It's rated to a 227 kg capacity, built on a 14-gauge 2″×3″ steel frame.

How is it delivered?
It ships in a single box from our Adelaide warehouse. Orders are dispatched the next business day, with delivery typically 3–8 business days to metropolitan areas.
