The PFID125X arrives completely assembled in the box — open it up and get straight to work. Seven adjustment positions take you from flat through incline, decline and near-vertical, so one bench covers chest presses, shoulder presses, incline work, crunches and more. It's the ideal companion for a dumbbell set or a rack.
Solid and stable under load yet genuinely portable, it folds down to just 23 cm high and rolls on built-in transport wheels, so you can train in the living room and store it in a cupboard. Functional, compact, portable and durable — with a 227 kg weight capacity and contoured back and seat pads — it's the perfect training partner for home or light-commercial use. I received this item broken, I emailed the only contact that I can find for these guys, with no response. Through the online website and attempted to send another message which I don’t feel went through either not sure how to contact you guys hopefully somebody can get in touch with me and sort this out
Hi Mat, unfortunately we did not receive your first contact, we did receive your 2nd email this morning and immediately replied confirming that the replacement part will be sent out tomorrow to your address via Auspost Express. As far as we can tell from the image, the product is not broken, only one of the plastic end caps. That can be easily replaced once you receive the replacement part.

The combo was delivered to me within a week but I had to hold off on assembling since my other stuff like plates and flooring from another site was still on the way and they were delayed 2 months for me. Finally got everything in my garage together last Friday so I could get things ready. The rack looks good and feels very solid. My bar didn't move at all when rested on safety handles. Would definitely recommend anyone for the best cost efficient home gym rack and bench combo.

Great VFM product
I was skepitcal at first - but the other reviews were right. This is dollar for dollar the best value bench you can buy - and I’ve looked around! The steel is strong and the seats and firm. No rattles and it just does what you expect it to do.

You can't ask for much more, for the price
For the price, this was by far the best FID bench that I saw online. I've been using it for about 6 months with no issues. I've been doing incline bench press with 30kg dumbbells and the bench is totally stable. delivery was fast. It's light enough to easily move around on it's wheels and fit well for me behind a door (when the door is open) The bench only loses one star because I think the back rest part is too short for anyone more than 6 foot (maybe even 5'11''). I'd measure your torso length and check this will be long enough for you before ordering. It would also have been nice if the angle of the seat was adjustable.
