The PPR1000X offers the features and reliability of a commercial-grade power rack at a fraction of the cost. Measuring 211 cm tall, it's shorter than most commercial cages — a great fit for small commercial facilities, garage gyms and home gyms alike.

The frame is built from 2″×2″, 14-gauge steel and rated to a 317 kg load. A pair of J-cup lift-offs hold your bar ready, while full pipe-and-pin safeties catch a failed rep, letting you train heavy on your own with confidence. Upright holes are spaced every 5 cm so you can set your lift-offs and safeties at exactly the right height, and the 17 mm holes accept a range of rack accessories.

When you're ready to expand, add the optional lat attachment, extra J-cups and weight horns to build a complete strength station around the rack.

What's the difference between the PPR1000X and a half rack like the PPR500X?
The PPR1000X is a full four-post cage — you train inside the frame, fully surrounded by safeties — while a half rack is a two-post (open-back) design with a smaller footprint. The full cage offers the most security for heavy solo lifting; the half rack saves space.

Are the safeties and J-cups included?
Yes — a pair of J-cup lift-offs and pipe-and-pin safety bars come standard. You can add extra J-cups (PPRJC) if you want a spare set.

How much weight does it hold?
It's rated to a 317 kg capacity, which covers heavy squats, presses and rack pulls for the vast majority of lifters.

Will it fit in my garage?
At 211 cm tall and a 136 × 129 cm footprint it's shorter than most commercial cages, so it fits most garages, basements and home gyms — check you have about 2.2 m of ceiling clearance.

Can I add a lat pulldown?
Yes. The PLA1000 lat attachment adds lat pulldowns and seated rows, and weight horns (PPRWH) add on-rack plate storage. Both are sold separately.
