Excellent rowing machine, very solid. Assembly was straight forward, no hole alignment issues. Prompt shipment and very well packed. I'm pleased with the purchase.

The extra weights are more than enough for me, I'm just hoping that I'll have a patient that will be able to use the whole stack!

Really happy with this machine - the product was delivered quickly and packaged well. All parts were easy to put together and so far so good - really easy and smooth to use, and also very quiet.

Ordered on a Friday, email asking for proffered delivery on a Saturday, which I didn't see. Follow up phone call 1st thing Monday morning to confirm prior to dispatch. Arrived earlier than expected.

I have been using a Concept 2 at gyms for decades and struggle to tell the difference between it and the R300. I've had my R300 and six months and have found it smooth and reliable. I've just bought another one for my brother. Best Fitness' service is outstanding. They have been responsive and supportive at all stages of my purchases and even afterwards (when I took the rower apart to move it and unhooked the pulley by my stupid mistake). In the process of putting it back together I was also impressed by the rock solid materials and inner workings of the R300.

Quick turnaround, from order to door. As expected. Ordered the rack to go with them too. Excellent all round.

Was easy to put together and is a solid piece of equipment.

The rower was beautifully packaged, impeccably finished, all parts were well labelled, and it screwed & bolted together quickly and without incident. The rower itself is incredibly sturdy, smooth as silk in its operation, and just looks and feels like a premium product. The counter is clear and well-positioned. Can't fault the product or the communication from the delivery contractors, either. There's little else to say!

The rower was posted promptly after ordering, arrived fairly quickly to remote West Aust. My brother helped me to put it together, following clear instructions. I've been using it quite a bit and love it so far. I'm not an experienced rower, but in the past at the gym it was my go to. I've had hip replacements from a young age, now 63 and combine swimming and the rower for exercise. Both are low impact on my hip, so perfect combo to keep me fit. Am using YouTube videos to learn technique and have started a program, working my way up from 15 mins a day. Feel bloody good after a session. The rower is easy to use, and seems solid. Couldn't be happier.

Haven't actually had time to assemble it yet but I did the SAS CAT, that is Check And Test, and all the parts are in the box, the instruction sheets had diagrams of each and every part and the quantities of each so that was simple as to make sure all the parts were there, on inspection I would have to say the item is excellent, it's solid and very well made, the handles to lower yourself into position are miles above most other brands ie not like a set of flimsy handlebars on a bicycle, each one has been welded to the sub frame on both sides of the cylindrical tube in good long welds, so when I asked Lucas if they were up to doing dips I was told it would be fine, and it obviously will be. First call he was engaged he called me back asap, and answered my questions and reassured me of the quality of the brand and it is all and more than he guaranteed me, so I am most impressed with this purchase, I had a serious motorcycle accident a long time ago, got better but suffer stiffness in my lower back where I fractured three vertebrae, luckily it was a stable fracture, this Roman chair will give me the hyperextension I need to keep my back from stiffening up, running alone basically isn't good enough although it certainly helps, I wanted to buy one years ago but it was rather pricey and bulky, this one defeats it in space and price , so I am seriously satisfied, I'll post another review when I've got it put together and have used it. I have qualifications in Fitness and I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending this brand. Five Stars.

I'm really pleased with the machine now that it is assembled.
However. Instructions called for 2x 130mm bolts, packaging showed space labelled for 2x 130mm bolts which were absent. Drove 2 hours (each way) to the nearest bunnings hoping to acquire the necessary bolts, but they were out of stock. Requested that the missing bolts be sent by express mail. Bolts were sent regular mail (dispatched immediately to be fair) requiring a 20 minute drive (each way) to the post office to collect those. Brought them home and realised i had not specified that i also needed nuts for these bolts, so another 15 minute drive (each way) to a small local hardware store which to my amazement had the nuts in stock. Resumed assembling and upon completion found I had 2x 110mm bolts left over, and the 130mm bolts are clearly about 20mm longer than necessary for the spot they're in. So... I dunno man maybe update the instructions or something because all that was pretty frustrating.

Very pleased with the service I received, machine arrived a few days after ordering in good condition.
I am 92 years old and have been rowing for 28 years. This is my 7th machine and is by far the best.

I tried a few benches before arriving at this one. It’s not too heavy and easy to move around and lift up if required, but not too light that it feels flimsy or unstable.

It doesn’t wobble like some cheaper benches. The front leg is flat so you don’t need to worry about tripping plus it makes it easier manoeuvring around the bench with heavy dumbbells.

Adjustments are quick and easy to make. There is a bit of a gap between the seat and backrest but it doesn’t really bother me, maybe because of the way the seat tapers off at the gap.

I find the padding more than adequate and the length of the bench is more than enough for my height of 175cm.

Aesthetically, the bench looks decent in my opinion. It’s not boxy or bulky like some commercial benches but still looks respectable and solid, like you don’t need to worry about it breaking during a set.
Personally I feel like it should be able to handle more weight than specified because the frame is a single piece of steel but I’ve got a long way to go before testing the limits.
